Consumption-based: you pay per activated candidate, only when someone onboards and we start applying for them. No minimum, no long-term commitment. Send us 100 people, if 50 activate, you pay for 50.

What's the placement rate?

It depends on the population. Fresh graduates place at high rates; older or disengaged candidates are harder. We've helped schools already placing around 75% reach 85% with less career-services coverage, and taken a struggling job center from 10% dislocated worker placement past 55%. For many schools, the real win is that placement stops being the limiting factor on how many students they can enroll.
